Key points for maintenance and upkeep of loading conveyors

Loading conveyor is a type of equipment used for transporting bulk materials, which has the characteristics of simple structure, smooth operation, large conveying capacity, and convenient maintenance. In order to ensure the normal operation of the loading conveyor, extend its service life, reduce failure rates, and improve work efficiency, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance and upkeep. The following are the maintenance points for the loading conveyor:

Daily maintenance: Daily maintenance refers to the basic inspection and cleaning work carried out before and after each use or every day, mainly including the following contents:
Check for oil, water, gas leakage, and overheating of components;
Check the hydraulic oil, brake fluid, engine oil, fuel level, and water level in the water tank;
Check the tire pressure, rims, and bolts of important parts;
Check instruments and lighting;
Add lubricating grease to each hinge joint;
Check the gap between the axle seat at the hinge of the subframe and the frame, and replace the copper gasket when it exceeds 0.7mm.

50 hours or weekly maintenance. 50 hours or weekly maintenance refers to a comprehensive inspection and adjustment work carried out every 50 hours or weekly, mainly including the following contents:
Repeating the content of daily maintenance;
Check and tighten the connecting bolts of the front and rear transmission shafts;
Check the performance of emergency braking and parking braking;
Check the oil level of the brake booster and gearbox;
Check the throttle control and transmission control system;
Drive axle maintenance;
Add lubricating grease (steering cylinder hinge joint).
100 hours or half a month of maintenance. 100 hours or half a month of maintenance refers to a more in-depth inspection and cleaning work carried out every 100 hours or half a month, mainly including the following contents:
Repeat daily maintenance and 50 hour maintenance content;
Remove oil stains from the engine cylinder head;
Check the liquid level of the battery and apply a thin layer of Vaseline or butter to the joint;
Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank.

250 hours or monthly maintenance. 250 hours or monthly maintenance refers to the replacement and adjustment of key components carried out every 250 hours or month, mainly including the following contents:
Repeat daily maintenance, 50 hour, 100 hour maintenance content;
Check the fixing bolts of the wheel rim and tighten the torque;
Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;
Check if there are cracks and looseness in the working device, the stress welds on the front and rear frames, and the fixing bolts;
Change the engine oil (depending on the quality and engine usage).
